Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro or Premium at any time, and the change takes effect immediately. You can also downgrade at the end of your current billing period — no penalties, no questions asked.
If you cancel a paid plan, you'll keep access to all Pro or Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your conversation history and badges are always preserved.
Usage is measured in tokens — the units AI models use to process text. Every prompt and response consumes tokens. Free accounts get a limited monthly allowance, Pro accounts get 7.5x that amount, and Premium accounts get 25x. You can track your usage in real time from the dashboard.
We don't offer a traditional free trial, but the Free plan lets you try every feature of ArkitekAI with limited usage. It's the best way to see if ArkitekAI is right for you before upgrading.
