How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot password?" on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Go to Settings in your ArkitekAI dashboard and select "Manage Subscription." You can upgrade immediately or schedule a downgrade for the end of your current billing period. See our Pricing page for plan details.

I'm having trouble with a specific AI model. What should I do?

Occasional model errors can happen due to upstream provider issues. Try refreshing and sending the prompt again. If the problem persists, email support@arkitekai.com with the conversation details and we'll investigate.

Can I request a new feature?
